• Restocks occur monthly and are prioritized by online sales.

• On-hand items are best for same-day or next-day pickup.

• If your desired texture or length isn't in stock and you aren't in a rush, we recommend using our pre-orderservice for guaranteed availability.

Processing & Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide with care and speed:

• Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Shipping Carrier: UPS, with tracking provided once processed.

• Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for movement.

• Responsibility: Once a package is marked delivered, Pure Rich Tresses is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Delivery Tip: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

• Pickup is available Monday–Friday during scheduled hours.

• All pickups must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

• Orders not picked up within 3 business days may be shipped or canceled without refund if unreachable after 4 business days.

• Please arrive on time to honor both your schedule and ours.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

• For hygiene and quality reasons, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

• Every unit is inspected and co-washed before shipment or pickup.
